 Prayer & Fasting: Last Sunday we thought about Ezra and the exiles who “paused at the river” to seek God through prayer and fasting as they journeyed back to Jerusalem. We’re going to do the same as we set out on our journey through 2026. During our service we’ll take time to pray in small groups for the year ahead. 

Love offering for Anne - Ann had a fall and broke her ankle/ had surgery. She’s had to be off her feet/not able to work, which has left her in a tight spot financially. We took up a love offering last week/will continue it this week. Donations should be cash /cheques made out to Ann and are NOT receiptable. Thanks so much!
Container is at  the back for donations or give to pastor Dave/Karen. (Please, DON'T put $$ for Ann in tithe box or via e-transfer to the church.) 
 

New Year's Baby: Shannon & Rod's daughter Danielle gave birth to little Glen on January 2nd - the first baby of the year in Salmon Arm! Congratulations to all, and welcome to the world Glen!

Volunteers Needed:

Greeting - approx. ½ hour, usually one Sunday per month/six weeks. Please speak to Thirza, pastor David or Karen ASAP.
Sound - Do you have experience with sound systems, or would you like to learn? Please speak to Karen – we would love to talk to you! 
Kitchen – help setting up coffee/goodies Sun. mornings – talk to Gerri
Communion – help setting up once/month – talk to pastor David
